Information clause on the processing of personal data

We hereby inform that Your personal data which we possess is related to performing services in the field of out-of-school forms of education. Due to the change in regulations concerning personal data protection and the beginning of the application of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council  (UE) 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 on 25 May relating to the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repeal of directive 95/46/WE (general data protection regulation) ”GDPR” we inform that:
1. DN Consulting Dagmara Nowicka-Kita with its registered office at Al. Sikorskiego 11 lok. 64 02-758 Warsaw is the Administrator. The Administrator conducts the processing of Your personal data.
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to send commercial information and/or perform the services regarding the offer and for document management needed during and after the end. The data will not be made available to other recipients with the exception of the companies providing IT support services for the Administrator.
3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 par. 1 letters. A, B i F general data protection regulation.
4. Submission of your personal data is necessary for the contract to be concluded and/or to perform the service for You, if the personal data is not provided, the service cannot be performed.
5. Providing your personal data is voluntary.
6. Your personal data is not subject to Automated decision-making including profiling.
7. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
8. Personal data will be processed during the period necessary to perform the service, and after this period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required for service confirmation and records and by law or to secure possible claims, or until the consent is withdrawn.
9. Personal data collected on the basis of marketing consent will be recorded for the period of validity of the marketing consent. Your personal data will be stored by the Administrator.
10. You have the right to:
– request from the Administrator the access to Your personal data, its rectification, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing,
– object to such processing,
– transfer data,
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.),
– withdraw consent to processing of personal data with no impact on the validity of the processing, which took place before the consent was withdrawn.
11. All corrections, deletions, limitations of data processing, data transfers, raising objections, withdraw the previously given consent to data processing as far as your personal data is concerned, is possible by contacting the e-mail address: biuro@dnconsulting.pl.
12. At any time, you have the right to access your personal data and to its rectification, deletion, restriction of its processing, right to transfer the data, right to object, and right to withdraw the consent to process the personal data. The withdrawn consent at any time does not impact the lawfulness of data processing, which was performed based on this consent before its withdrawal.
13. We declare that we regularly take actions for the protection and safety of Your personal data.
