Acting President in International Coaching Federation Poland Chapter. She has professional experience as Branch Manager of International Coaching Federation Poland Chapter – Branch Mazowsze and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee in International Coaching Federation Poland Chapter.

She comprehensively implements projects from the area of HR, from personnel administration, HR and payroll administration, to human resources management, supporting top management and company shareholders in taking strategic decisions in the organization.

Trener and co-creator of the Coaching Academy project in EY Academy of Business: an intensive and practical course in coaching skills in accordance with the ethical and competence standards of the International Coaching Federation.

She successfully supports her clients in developing managerial and specialist staff, conducting audits, managing teams, managing conflicts, managing emotions, building personnel strategies, implementing systems of performance reviews and assessment of competence of middle and top management in Polish organizations, listed companies, as well as foreign organizations.

She conducts processes in the field of research and assessment of behavior of employees and managers in a team, perceiving ourselves and our role in the workplace and employees’ reactions to stress, team roles, values, as well as intrinsic motivation to work in the organization to maximize effectiveness in the workplace.

She supports business and individual clients in change and in crisis in line with the vision that a happy person is a more effective employee, which in the long term translates into the financial result of the company.

For over ten years, she has been running a business in the field of human resources management under the brand DN Consulting.

As a permanent court mediator of the Regional Court in Warsaw and in Gdansk she helps the parties find common best out-of-court dispute resolution. She specializes in civil matters, labor law, as well as social and economic insurance matters.

She is a graduate of the Process Oriented Psychology School.

She completed CoachWise™ Coaching Essentials at the Coaching Center /now CoachWise S.A. and Studium Zawodowe Coacha Biznesu in Pracownia Coachingu NOVO, i.e. coaching schools accredited by one of the world’s largest organizations – International Coaching Federation.

She is a graduate of Relationship Coaching and Transpersonal Coaching in the cognitive approach as a method in life coaching led by Maciej Bennewicz in the Institute of Cognitive Science in Warsaw.

She is a graduate of postgraduate studies with a specialization of Crisis and Personal Development Management and the School of Coaches and Trainers at the Bug River Higher School in Siemiatycze and in the Polish Society of First Emotional Assistance in Warsaw. She graduated from Human Resources Management and Regional and European Administrations studies at E. Kwiatkowski’s Higher School of Business and Administration in Gdynia.

Privately she is a mom of a twelve-year-old girl and is passionate about a constant search for ways to achieve harmony.
